HCM-920-UPD-016-OVA Issues

I recently downloaded HCM-920-UPD-016-OVA with PTools 855.  Unfortunately when I get to a certain point the install crashes and

I have googled the issue and I haven't had any luck in resolving it. I would really love to get this Image working. I did look for the log files and they did not present any assistance on correcting the issue.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
