SBC Out of service

Hi All,

Active SBC in one of our HA pairs became unreachable. The Standby took over traffic.

 

When we connected to the Console we could see the following messages repeating but were unable to login to the SBC and had to reboot it.

 

INFO: rcu_preempt detected stalls on CPUs/tasks: { 1} (detected by 0, t=7440207)

INFO: Stall ended before state dump start

Did any one face this kind of issue, did you get any fix from Oracle ?

Let me know the cause of the above error.
