We are still getting the An OpenXml error occured.  Microsoft Excel 2003 Format Layouts are not supported. Unsupported FileFormat (28,244) error even though we have opened the layout and done a file Save As as stated in doc id 1266286.1 to resolve this issue.  We are running Excel 2010 - 64-bit.  PeopleTools 8.54 and PeopleSoft Financials 9.1.  The report runs just fine in Windows 2-tier but I get the failure when I run it 3-tier.
