Issues with Pivot Grid Detailed View

Currently we are on HCM 9.2 PT 8.54.16 and when we create pivot grids and go to click on the bar to get the details of the bar we get nothing.  Are we missing something in a setup?  The below is from PeopleBooks but all we get is the second screen print.
