LDAP Sync VS Connectors

Hi All,

I need to implement OIM solution and I am very confused between using LDAP Sync or using connector for the Active directory store.

The customer needs to get the current users from active directory to OIM while new employees will be reconciled from EBS using EBS HRMS connector and then OIM should create AD and exchange account to the new user.

What is the best approach to implement this, LDAP Synch with AD or AD connector.
