Can someone share a process flow diagram or a chart, if available for RDW v13.0.x program dim_low.ks

I'm looking for modifying this program, as part of a requirement and I'm not finding any documentation related to the same in Oracle support. I'm not finding a forum for this, so posting the same in RMS.
