Review Change Package in PUM 16, Peopletools 8.55

I have to re-create the packages since some were found to be corrupted. I was planning on just reviewing the Change Packages like you could in Image 15 with Tools 8.54, but I can no longer find the review change package menu under the Main Menu > PeopleTools > LifeCycle Tools > Update Manager. Was it moved somewhere else?
