where can I find DPK installable for HCM 9.2 PT 8.55

Where can I find DPK installable if I want to deploy it for dev, test and prod.  Please not that I am not looking for PUM image build.  I could not find it on e-delivery.  If such installable is available then how do we apply PT8.55.02 patch? Can I only deploy PS_HOME for webserver and get PIA created?
