Does SOA SMPP Driver supports different SMSC vendors? I

Hi,

Does SOA SMPP driver support different SMSC vendors. In my case, I am using "Cequens".

I get "SDP-26159: Illegal data length value from SMSC received and ignored: {0}" error . This error stats to verify if the SMSC is supported by the driver. Cequens supports SMPP 3.4 that implies it is supported.

When I checked the network level communication through wireshark , I find 400 Bad Request.

Cequens is not a verified vendor (as per the documents).

1. Has anyone tried with SMSC vendors which are not officially verified by the Oracle. What are the issues are special things should be taken care of in such cases?
