PS_maintenance_log error???

I am applying Peopletools from 8.53 to 8.54.10 and for the PPLTLS84CUR project and the PATCH85X project, I get an error writing to PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG.  One row has been written to the  table for ID 918726.  How many rows should I expect to be written to the log table?
