Tablespace PSTEMP out of space when running CA step during PT8.55.02 tools only upgrade.

We are in the process of doing a Tools only upgrade from 8.52 to 8.55.02 for our FSCM application.

When running the change assistance job, we ran into the following error at the step "Auditing Character Length Semantics". This step ran CLSAUDIT.SQR and produced the following error.  We found suggestion for same problem in support web Doc ID. 1197064.1. We tried all the 3 suggestions to no avail. We even increased the PSTEMP tablespace to 250G and it still ran out of space. Any help is appreciated.
