About PeopleSoft Image - PI Not Updating

We are currently on PUM 4 in our production support environments.  We are on PUM 15 in our update environments.  Yet, both reflect PI = 0 on the About PeopleSoft Image page.  How is the PI number updated?

Navigation: PeopleTools > Lifecycle Tools > Update Manager > About PeopleSoft Manager
