After upgrade to 9.2 PI-09 The source has 31992 rows in PS_PERSONAL_DATA table, where as the target

The only logs which I see getting effected by PS_PERSONAL_DATA is ALLTABS_alttbl sql/logs. Ideas on this and if other tables may be affected too. How can we test that.
