Integration and Credentials Injection LM on SAP does not work

I am trying to create a template in the LM Administrative Console for SAP 720 (7200.3.10.1074). The wizard for creating the template does not recognize the fields for Username/Password/Submit, so I've tried to do it by using SendKeys, but once I run the SAP client, LM does not inject the credentials automatically. The thing is if I right-click the agent, then choose "Logon with LM" it does inject the credentials. Also, the same situation happens when SAP client launches Change Password utility, LM does not inject the credentials automatically either.

Looking for a solution in Oracle Support, I found an old Document the says that if one wants to create an application for SAP -> "Start the E-SSO administrative console and under applications choose the SAP template....", but I haven't found this template in the application/template list.
