CS 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade cannot locate puupx98e.dms for the "Exporting Rename Utility Data" step

When running through the Change Assistant steps for "Renaming Records and Fields" the second to last step "Task 2-6-6: Exporting Rename Utility Data" fails with "Searching for file of puupx98e.dms - Unsuccessful: File Not Found." error. I have search through my usuall PeopleTools $PS_HOME/script locations on both my PT 8.54.14 releases and the CS PUM Image and am unable to locate the file. I suspect I will see a similar issue with Task:2-6-7 as I was unable to locate any puup*.dms files in the usual locations.

Change Assistant 8.54.14, Windows Server 2012 R2
