How hard is it to put PUM on VMWare instead of using Oracle Virtual Box?

We are getting ready to upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 and we use VMware here.  I know that Oracle said they will support it, but has anyone placed the PUM on VMware instead of using OVM?  I am looking for someone to help guide my system admin.
