FSCM 9.2.017 image having javascript issues?

Is anyone else seeing issues with javascript in PIA on virtualbox install?

I can't imagine it was released like I'm seeing it, but I can't figure out how I could have messed up the install bad enough to do this.

I know the install is different but I followed the doc 2101192.1 as directed with the only change being the connect ID being our connect id instead of "people" which that doc says NOT to change.
