HCM 9.2 PI9 Upgrade/PT 8.54 - Languages like Arabic and Czech not showing up

We are currently in the UPGCUST Higher Compare Reports section of the Initial move for upgrading our current HCM 9.0 Database to HCM 9.2 P1 9 with PT 8.54

Our higher version Demo is PT 8.54.18 and HCM 9.2 PI 9 and Copy of Production is 8.49 and HCM 9.0 with HRMS, Global payroll, GP Mexico and NA payroll modules being used with All Languages.

In our current production database we use a lot language translations including for languages like Arabic and Czech. From Oracle Doc ID's( Doc ID 756898.1 and 1557420.1), we understand that these languages are supported by People Tools 8.54 and has delivered Tools level translations but not supported for HCM 9.2. This would mean that you will have no Application level translations for Arabic and Czech in the higher version (8.54 HCM 9.2 PI 9) Demo.
