RDMT Topic scan error

Hi All,

I have installed RIB 15.0

When i launch RDMT TOOL and enter choice for topic scan it gives the below error

                                      RIB Diagnostic & Monitoring Tools

                                                   Main Menu

1  - WLS/JMX Utilities Menu             7 - RIB Health Menu               13 - RIB Admin menu

2  - JMS Utilities Menu                 8 - Hospital Scan Menu            14 - Archive RDMTLOGS

3  - PUB/SUB/TAFR Msg Menu              9 - JMS Topic Scan                15 - View history log

4  - Switch WLS/JMX Config              10 - JMS Switch                   16 - RIB Health scan

5  - Scan RIB Logs                      11 - JMS Config                   17 - Config Multi Channels

6  - Scan RIB Logs - delta              12 - View Scan Log Exceptions
