Transfer Ownership of Delinquent Accounts from one Collector to another

Hi, we are using Advanced Collections 12.1.3 and have changed our Collector to a new Collector and I have reassigned all of the old Collectors work items to the new Collector which she can see in her UWQ but she cannot see the old Collector's Delinquent Accounts, how can I transfer them? I have run all of the relevant programs but she still can't see them.
