nVision using Excel 2013 going to error with trace showing "Error Message in Excel popup is &No."

Trying to run nVision report using the TB_HOLDCO_BU.XNV layout and it goes to error.  Upping the nVision trace to 4 shows at the tail end of the trace that it is getting the "Error Message in Excel popup is &No." error.  If I run this in 2-tier mode on the Windows server that houses the Process Scheduler, the report runs OK.  Also, other nVision reports are running successfully on the Process Scheduler that receives the error.  If I run the report on a different Process Scheduler, it runs successfully.

The difference between the Process Schedulers are the following:
