Samba drive is not accessible

Hi Everyone, I have applied Image 16.  I now need to apply PRP's for ACA.  I changed sbm.conf file to make pi_home writeable.  I also changed user psadm3's password.  I am running virtualbox 5.0.14.  Client is windows 7 64 bit.  I am getting \\10.xxx.xx.x is not accessible.  I cannot bring Samba drive up even thou I stopped and started samba on virtual box.  .
