OTD unable to connect oam proxy port 5575

Hi All,

I am trying to prepare oracle access portal env using oam 11.1.2.3 on linux 6.5 64 bit i followed oracle access portal series on support https://apexapps.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=44785:24:12644841212680::NO::P24_CONTENT_ID,P24_PREV_PAGE:10086,2

but in lesson 4 deploying webgate protection i have problem in last step after protecting SimpleTestApp url and tried to access url using otd i get error server error

and otd logs shows otd not able to connect oam server port 5575 " BTW i used netstat to check port 5575 and i find no process running on it "

and after check oam server logs i found oam.out shows error below
