Hello.
Has anyone else experienced something like the below on oracle R12.1.3
I have found that Workflow approvals are routing to the Employee Referral User account and not the original user account that was set up with responsibilities. The person record is linked to both the referral account and the employee account. The referral account is created with an email address and no responsibilities.
- Is there a way to default where the notifications go?
- Should the Referral account be end-dated so that there is only 1 active account linked to the person record?
(What would the impact of this be when linking them to a vacancy?)
