deploy oracle access portal dashboard issue -oam 11.1.2.3

Hi All,
i try to deploy oracle access portal dashboard but unfortunately i am unable to reconfig my otd instance  i use below command

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<WebGate_home_directory>/lib

./EditObjConf -f <otd_instance_config_path>/config/<otd_configuration_name> -obj.conf -oh <WebGate_home> -w <WebGate_instance> -ws otd -enableESSO -enableWLM

./EditObjConf -f /apps/otd/admin/otd_instances/net-Supportpport-obj.conf -w /apps/webgate-otd/oracle/mw/wg_otd_instance1/ -oh /apps/webgate-otd/wtg_otd_home/ -ws otd -enableESSO -enableWLM

but i get following error
