oam login url redirect issue for oracle access manager 11.1.2.3

Hi,

I installed oracle access manager 11.1.2.3 and i configured oracle access portal i can access url normally for example oap:8080/lSimpleTestApp

but when i try to protect it using oam and try to hit url it redirect me to strange url http://oap:8080/pages/login.jsp?resource_url=http%3A%2F%2Foap%3A8080%2FSimpleTestApp     i don't know what is wrong ?
