PeopleSoft Outlook Integration

We are on HCM 9.2 PT 8.54.16 and we are looking to implement PeopleSoft Outlook Integration for ePerformance. 2 questions one I have found where the PeopleSoft Integration files are.

1. Need to know if we just run the Setup on a client machine?

2. If we do and it does not install what would keep it from installing in Outlook for a user?
