Where is logical web address for FCM stored in SOA?

Hi All,

I have completed EPM System 11.1.2.4 (FCM 11.1.2.4.101) config and noticed that validation of FCM test scheduler fails. After examination of soa log I noticed the following error:

I made  a mistake initially to provide load balancer URL during Logical Web Address configuration for FCM in EPM config. I have corrected it in EPM config and changed it to FCM managed server (http) and re-run Web server config after that. Still SOA ignores this change and keeps trying to connect to
