Query on HCM 9.2, PT 8.55

We have installed a HCM 9.2, PT 8.55 Demo (through update image 16) using classic method from edelivery. This is for our HCM 9.0/PT 8.53 to HCM 9.2/PT 8.55 upgrade (multilingual).

We cannot use the upgrade source image since it is multilingual install. What would be the ideal way to proceed if we don't want to use DPKs?
