Modifying a standard workflow (Overwriting standard workflow) : AP Invoice Hold Notification(APINVHD

Hi,

Suppose a requirement like below :

Standard workflow "AP Invoice Hold Notification" has to be tweaked and the custom version will be renamed as standard one.

We are trying to overwrite the standard workflow here and not trying to replicate the standard functionality.

When the workflow is open in workflow builder, it opens up

1)As READ ONLY

2)In the ACCESS Tab for each activity or process etc settingS are like

  Customisation Level = 20

   Access Level = 100

   Protection = 20

Preserve Customisation is unchecked.(but greyed out)

Lock at access level is checked (but greyed out)

3)In Oracle Workflow Builder >>HELP >> ABOUT

Version = 2.6.3.5.0

Access Level = 100
