Financial Statement Generator Templates doesn't show me the templates

Hi

I'm trying to open a FSG template to add some columns, so I go to Financial Statement Generator Templates, Fill the Report name, modify an existing template, language American English and finally the Editor: Excel template editor, then I press Create button and I expect to get any excel document, the page says that the document has been created but there is no other message or any excel opened or popup, or error message, so I think it could be an error, or a bug, anyone has an idea about this?

I'm working with EBS 12.1.3
