IL Taxes should not flow to AR Localized transaction when order type linked with register type Bond

Dear  All

1. Create Item and setup Excise classification as FGIN

2. Create Order Type and setup in Bond register with register Type as Bond

3. Create and Book SO with excise recoverable Tax

4. Release and Ship confirm and excise invoice generated

5. Run Invoice program including local concurrent to insert taxes

6. SO excise tax is flowing to AR localized form not showing in base form distributions.

Since it is a Bond Register type setup against order type it should not flow to AR Localized Transaction.

It is correctly happening in 12.0.6 version but not happening in 12.2.5 version.

Business expectation: Excise taxes should NOT flow to AR.
