Inventory Move order workflow

Hello

Hope someone can help me.

I need to customized Inventory Move order workflow so only some Move orders (move order with special items) send a FYI notification to a third user.

Does anyone know where I should associate my customized workflow to Move orders?

Is there any form or menu access where I change the workflow so the process take into account my new customized workflow instead of the standard one?
