Crystal reports intermittently run to error after upgrading ptools
We have recently upgraded to Peopletools 8.54 and to latest patch 8.54.16. Also we have applied the SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework 64Bit "13.0.15.1840"
Since the upgrade Crystal reports intermittently run to error with no error in the Process Scheduler logs. We have turned on trace but the process fails before writing a trace file so we cannot determine the cause. In most cases the process completes successfully after being ran a second time.
The issue exists for custom and delivered crystal reports in both Prod and non prod regions.
We have completed the following steps as recommended by Oracle but the issue remains.
