I am trying to set up Dunning plans. We don't have a seeded "Collections Administrator" responsibil

  I do have 'Collections Administrator HTML' and 'Collections Administrator Forms' but these don't seem to be the same to just Collections Administrator as when I click on the links for set up, I get an error.  We are on version 12.1.3.  Thanks! Lisa
