Can a CFAN be added as a WorkCenter Startup page?

CFAN are really good at arranging multiple URLs into logical folders and have them all in one place, example: Time and Labor Setup Center. I tried creating a new CFAN and called into a WorkCenter as a startup page. WC rendered it well with the CFAN within the transaction area but when any of the CFAN links are clicked - desired page is displayed as a traditional instead of rendering within the transaction area.

Any thoughts?
