Singapore EFT file has extra spaces in the BUS_UNIT_CITY_POST FIELD which were not there prior to ou

We recently applied a number of global component bundles and bundles 28-35 on our 9.1 Financials system.   Our Singapore EFT file has been receiving issues.  The problem appears to be that spaces with commas are in place where one would have a City and State.  However, we have Singapore configured not to have either City or State.  Our old environment placed the postal code only in the field with no spaces or commas in EFT_ADVICE_TMP .  Our new environment has a space then a comma then a space then a comma and then the postal code.  Any advice most appreciated.
