Retry Discard mail from workflow mailer.

If Non EBS User(R12.1.3) send mail a to IMAP Mail address it getting a "Warning For Unsolicited Mail"  mail form oracle workflow mailer and this mail will transfer in Discard folder.

At what time discard mail again pick  a oracle workflow mailer?,recently i received a  5 to 6 months  old mail which is in the discard folder.
