Post installation of OPAM script opam-config.sh build failing

Good day all

Some background: Installed and configured OPAM by extending an existing domain. All went well no issues. I restarted Admin server before I ran the script

OS: Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.11

Version 11.1.2.3

Performed the necessary exports:

export=ORACLE_HOME ##set Oracle_Home here##

export=ANT_HOME $MW_HOME/modules/org.apache.ant_1.7.1

export=JAVA_HOME $MW_HOME/jdk160_14_R27.6.5-32

export=ANT_OPTS "-Xmx512M -XX:MaxPermSize=512m"

Herewith the logs and the error in red:
