Is there an easier way to populate PS_ROLEXLATOPR table via scripting versus opening each user profi

I currently have over 3000 records in SEC-30 of my SYSADUIT while doing a CS 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade and opening each user profile in PIA and saving seems excessive work just to populate the ROLEXLATOPR table.
