How to use multiple Send From Email addresses for BIP Invoice Emails
We are upgrading to 92 and converting our Crystal Invoice to BIP and want to use the delivered email functionality. However, when we setup the contacts and create an invoice to email out, the invoice email has the Send From address coming from the default SMTP server setup for our PeopleSoft Installation.
We are billing from different regions and would like to see if it is possible to configure the send from address and use the Accounts Receivable mailbox from the different regions/legal entities, so Customers can directly reply with questions they have.
I logged a case and there currently is no functionality that allows us to do this. I am wondering if other companies have come across this and how they resolved this. Or is the general opinion to use a donotreply email address for sending invoices via email.
