DPK install - Updating the Puppet Hiera YAML Files with User Input - FAILS

I have the following error when I run DPK installation, any idea of the issue ?

Updating the Puppet Hiera YAML Files with User Input: /usr/share/gems/gems/abrt-0.0.6/lib/abrt/handler.rb:63:in `initialize': No such file or directory - "/var/run/abrt/abrt.socket" (Errno::ENOENT)
