Tools 8.55.03 File system install question

We are currently on Tools 8.54.06 and FSCM 9.2 Image 10. We are planning to upgrade our Tools to 8.55.03 with out uplifting our Image and Image will stay to 10. I don't have decoupled environment. Every thing is under one PS_HOME. I read on Oracle support that we should install our PS_HOMEs from scratch when upgrading our Tools from 8.54 to 8.55 (Doc Id 2112215.1). My question is that using DPK for installs, I will install Tools 855 DPK first but how will I get the Image 10 application files. Also does Tools patch 8.55.03 also includes Tools 8.55 also? Please advise.
