error when ociroq running

Hi,

I get some issue when batch ociroq running, the output files is

sqlplus -s @/apps/apwrmssm/RETEK/sql/retek_chk

Starting thread status check

checking statuses of the processes that ran

please advice how to solved, and when I'm checked the status was 'ready for start' for ociroq module.
