Business event's subscription in disabled status

Hi there,

Overview :

PO was created and approved.

As per the XML Gateway setup done a POcXML has to be sent to supplier.

After approval of PO, Transaction Monitor > Outbound messages is checked.

**No outbound messages are found for the PO- Neither the generation status nor Delivery status.(No record at all)

PO Approval Workflow is complete and so is POXML Delivery Workflow.

Not able to drill and debug this.

Additionally.

for the business event -oracle.apps.po.event.xmlpo   (Display Name - Send PO via XML), when subscriptions are checked

The row for workflow  POAPPRV/XML_PO is showing status as disabled.
