Can we Filter/Segregate Advance collection data on Customer Account Profile?
We have created separate Customer Accounts depending on the services we provide. For example we sell 2 product lines, so if one customer deals in both we created 2 separate Customer accounts and assign profile class as Product 1 and Product 2.
We are planning to start using Oracle Advance Collections and the data available is on customer level and account level however we have 2 different collection teams for each product line thus want to segregate the data as per customer profile class.
Need your suggestion as in how can we do that or any workarounds?
