Upgrade Change Package not picked up by Change Assistant

Hi

I have installed PeopleTools 8.55 through DPK and it has created 3 directories in psft folder. I see Peopletools 8.55.03 PS_HOME is installed.. Now I am trying to upgrade the Peopletools from 8.54 to 8.55.

I have configured the Change Assistant. But when selecting to do PeopleTools Upgrade, CA is not picking up the Change Package updPTP85503 even though it exists in PS_HOME\PTP folder.

Any help would be great to troubleshoot this.
