HCM 9.2.016 DPK Setup Step 11 - Can't start VB to set password

After successful completion of step 10, of adding and starting the VB, cannot start the VBOX_8_55_01_SHELL.

When trying to start the VB, getting the error:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine VBOX_8_55_01_SHELL.

Details:

Failed to oopen/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-VirutalBox Host- Only Ethernet Adapter #2' (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0X80004005)

There is an existing HCMDB-SES-854-01 VB on the system.  Do I need to remove this for this install to work?
