IDM LCM single-node OIM installation

Hi All,

I tried to run IDM LCM 11.1.2.3.2 in OIM only mode (no LDAP sync) but it failed on install phase reporting SOA installation failed. I checked the run log but it really has nothing except some references to xml installation file lines for ant.

What would you recommend to look into to figure out a reason of the failure?
