Questions about installing multiple PRP's into the same PUM Image

As part of implanting ACA we've had to install 3 PRP's into our PUM Image 16 database.  We recently found that we missed one PRP and need to install that as well.  Here's the thing, the missing PRP was published before the 3 that are already installed.

We're concerned that installing the PRP now could potentially overlay some objects updated as part of the 3 newer PRP's.  Does anyone know if this is an actual problem?  If this is a problem, how do we address it?
